How Does ADHD
Coaching with Meryl Work?
First, we’ll have an introductory call, where you’ll tell me a bit about yourself and your symptoms (or those of your loved one), and I’ll tell you a bit about ADHD coaching.
Next, I''ll send you a questionnaire to fill out and return. (For children under 14, only the parent will get the questionnaire.)
We'll schedule a discovery session that will allow us to determine if coaching is right for you, and if I am the right coach for you. (For teens and younger children parents are welcome to sit in on part of the discovery session.)
Once we decide to move forward, we'll schedule our first coaching session. Sessions are 45 minutes long and may take place by phone, in person or by Zoom.
Coaching sessions typically take place weekly, and there are accountability check-ins between sessions.
You will learn tools and strategies to manage your ADHD so that you can live your best life, fully and succesfully.
