What is the
The A.C.T.I.O.N. Model is a structured system by which to identify and address a problem. Once you have learned the model, you’ve got a friend for life. You can return to the structure over and over again, whenever you’re faced with a challenge.
When you develop a mindful approach to challenges by using the A.C.T.I.O.N. Model, you can pinpoint the problem, uncover the cause, and decide on the best tools and strategies to use to address it.
Will using the A.C.T.I.O.N. Model make your Compassion Fatigue go away?
Maybe, maybe not. Working with me and learning to use the A.C.T.I.O.N. Model is a great first step, and sometimes it’s all you need. But Compassion Fatigue is complicated, and some of you may need more resources than what coaching has to offer. If we see that that’s true for you, don’t worry. I’ll be with you every step of the way, and I will help you find the additional resources you need.
Yes, Compassion Fatigue is complicated. But I promise you, it is manageable. You can come out the other side and enjoy your life and work again. So take that first step, right now, and contact me to get started.
First, we’ll have an introductory call, where you’ll tell me a bit about yourself and what you’re experiencing, and I’ll tell you a little bit about Compassion Fatigue. We’ll decide together if Compassion Fatigue coaching is what you need, and if I’m the right coach for you.
Once we decide to move forward, we'll schedule our first coaching session. Sessions are 45 minutes long and may take place by phone, in person or by Zoom.
Coaching sessions typically take place weekly, and there are accountability check-ins between sessions.
You will learn tools and strategies to manage your Compassion Fatigue so that you can live your best life, fully and successfully.
