My Story

They say that if you make your living doing what you love, you’ll never feel like you’re “working”. I can wholeheartedly confirm that statement. I have worked my whole life, and very seldom has it been a chore to get up in the morning.

I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t passionate about helping people. I volunteered at a weekend program for Special Ed kids from the time I was 15. I loved it, and when it was time for college, I majored in Special Ed. I got my dream job after graduation, and taught for several years. That was long ago, but I still remember the names and faces of just about every kid I taught. I loved the time I spent in the classroom, and I loved those kids. I still smile when I think of them.

Happy as I was as a teacher, I was also young, and I wanted to explore life. After completing my Masters in Special Ed from Temple University, I moved from Philadelphia to Los Angeles, and fell into marketing quite by accident. To my great surprise, I found it to be very compatible with my interests in education and psychology.

I have always said that my success in business was because of my expertise in education and psychology – I got to use those skills with staff and clients all the time! At the height of my business career, I was running a $60 million division of an international ad agency, with 5 offices and 40 employees reporting to me. Our clients were top of the line in their own industries – Honda, Toyota, Public Storage, and Servpro, just to name a few.

Contact me to find out how.

I believe in lifelong learning. It keeps my skills fresh and up-to-date, gives me a chance to interact with and learn from like-minded peers, and is just plain fun!
